Gettin' back into it

Hey All,
I'm getting back into cycling after a 15 year hiatus. I rode centuries in my early 20s, and absolutely loved it. Life get hectic, and the bike sat in the basement until last week, when I pulled it out and took it to the shop and told them "Make it road worthy". I pick up the refurbed CrissCross on Monday. Can't wait to get back to riding again, lose the 40 or so pounds I've put on, and get off the blood pressure meds.
Oh, I hail from southeast Missouri...foothills of the Ozarks.

Welcome to Bike Forums. If you feel like doing century rides again, check out the Long Distance forum.
