Hello from Miami

I am in my 50's and been riding since...well...forever. Nothing big though, just for fun, a few Triathlons back when. I just took out my old 1980's Romic racing bike, stripped it and turned it into a single speed. Learning as I go since this mechanic stuff is all new to me. Thinking of turning another bike I have into a Fixie but fear for my battered bones.

I love to visit cities like Amsterdam where bikes rule and hope that someday we too will have bike friendly cars.

Glad to have found this forum and look forward to learning and possibly sharing some of my experiences on a bike.

That's it
