Heya from Austin!
Hello! I've done a TON of research on these forums over the last few months as I converted/built up an 86 Nishiki mixte, and again as I've been working on my new 87 Schwinn World Sport. I had to deal with some strangeness with the dropouts on said Schwinn and I took some pictures of the process so I thought I should go ahead and sign up and start a thread since I'm sure others will be wondering how to go about a similar endeavor..
These forums are an incredible wealth of knowledge, thanks for existing =) I love that you not only can find answers to pretty much any bike-related question, but 5 dissenting opinions, 5 more backing the first dude up, and then you can kind of figure it out for yourself now that you know every possible angle on it. Ha!
