Hey Now from San Diego, CA area
Hey now....I'm Keith from Oceanside, CA. I've been riding for about 1.5 years. Normally ride 3 times per week, wish I had more time to ride. Normally Two 15 to 20 mile rides during the week and then a 60 mile hammerfest on Saturdays with a group. Before I started cycling I was a competitive powerlifter and bodybuilder. Looking to get into some racing this next year. I'm also an authority on sports supplements and own two different supplement companies. If you ever have any questions about sports supplements or nutrition and how they can improve your riding, please ask.

I have a Klein with Shimano 105 components and Bontrager wheels. Looking to upgrade my wheels this year to either williams 38's or Soul carbons.
