Hello - I'm returning to cycling
Hi fellow bikers,
I have done a few years of bicycling, mainly touring. My most notable touring trip was from New Orleans, LA to Burlington, VT which I did with my cousin. (He's the pro touring cyclist, and cyclist in general). After my trip which was a few years ago I haven't been back on a bicycle, I'm not sure exactly why. Fate it seems has decided I should come back to it.
I recently have come into a financial situation where my truck is in need of serious repairs and I am unable to afford them at the current time. I have decided that this is a sign that I need to fix up my Cannondale and put her back on the road to use mainly as commuting for right now. I loved my bicycle trip, and touring and camping in general so I'm not sure what happened and why I didn't get back on the bike.
Anyways I just wanted to say hello and introduce myself since this looks like a great source of information for bicycling in general.
