Hello,

My name is Chuck and up to this point i have been commuting to light rail every day on a diamond back MB i picked up cheap (5 Miles one way).
Well my BD is tomorrow and the wife bought me a Raleigh Cadent FT1 because i have been enjoying my rides to and from work so much, and i just signed up for a 25 mile ride for Sunday. Can't wait

Welcome to Bike Forums, Chuck. I bet that new Raleigh will be a very nice ride compared to the old MTB. Check out the Northern California regional forum for other riders in your area, and post a photo of that pretty new bike!
