Hi from Los Angeles
Hey everyone...
First post and I know it won't be my last. I've been perusing these boards for a long long time and finally hope to share some of my own insight and ask my own questions.
I'm here in Los Angeles spending way too much money on bike stuff, and I'm happy to join this community. I've been an occasional mountain bike commuter the last few years, but now I'm moving back into road bikes-- my true love. You would think that the quality and congestion of the roads out here make road-biking almost impossible, and you would be right... but I miss the speed.
I'm 5'11" and currently 250 lbs., but I'm relatively fit. Hopefully I'll be even fitter soon. To all those that make this forum such a great resource, thank you!
