Hello!
So I'm starting out on Bike Forums, I'm an avid biker, I am an astrophysics undergrad student at the University of Maryland, and I use my 1970's Ross Europa road bike to get around campus. When I first found it this past summer, it was in horrid condition, but I humbly say I brought it back to life, and it now rides better than anything I've ever ridden. In the month I've had it on campus, I've put well over 150 miles on it, and already topped 31 mph. Best bicycle I've ever used. I really should get back to my homework.:bang:

Welcome to BF.
Post again when you hit 47 mph. |
I definitely will!
|
just curious though, is 47 mph your top speed?
|
No just messing with you
31.8 on a flat road. 37.5 on a down hill. |
Welcome to Bike Forums.
You guys have cool speeds! |
hahaha, I've only truly started serious biking since this past summer, It's my goal to reach 40 mph on as close to level ground as possible, and 20 mph on an uphill.
