My Intro...
Hello,
I'm a 23 year old road and mtn racer from Boise, Idaho. I'm a first year member of Lactic Acid Cycling (https://www.lacticacidcycling.org), a local club to Boise. Races we participate in, can be found on our website, and hopefully I'll be at most of them. Last year I raced mtn bikes, and this will be my first year competing in road events. My favorite bike rides usually contain lots and lots of steep climbs, and beautiful scenery. My absolute favorite ride is climbing the road to our local ski resort Bogus Basin, which is a 15 mile windy road usually at a 7-8 degree angle.
I own 3 bikes; 1 road, 1 mtn, and 1 fixed gear.
The fixed gear is an old steel 10spd frame converted to a fixie for my knee smashing pleasure.
The road bike is a Specialized S-Works Festinia edtion (2001), with just a few tweaks here and there.
My mtn bike is a Specialized Stumpjumper Pro (hardtail, 2000). Aka the yellow one.
Let's see I ride rollers and a mag trainer, I work in the computer science field as a software nerd, and I've been known to race cars in an auto-X every once in a while.
Cheers!
Justin M

Welcome to the forums Justin! I've been to Bogus many times! That was a long time ago though (1977-79) while stationed at Mountain Home AFB. Yes I can imagine that road would be a fantastic ride--both up and back down!
You'll be happy here!
