Hello From Cincinnati, Ohio

Just wanted to introduce myself as requested by the website admin.
I am a recreational 52 year old rider from Cincinnati, Ohio. I've ridden just for relaxation for years, nothing serious. After I gave up my Harley's recently, I became involved more in bicycles. I just built a recumbent from some scrap 10 speeds. On my hunt for cheap 10 speeds for my project, I found a nice Miyata 112 for $10 that was in too good of shape to chop. So, I started researching and made it my standard bike. Previously I was riding an old Claridge which best I can tell is a Chinese bike from the 70's. I love the Miyata and based on the catalogs, I can only find that model in 1990. Anyways, looking forward to discussions here. Best regards, Doug

Welcome to BF.
The old bikes are fun to work on.
The new bikes are fun to ride.
