New guy from SW CO / Central KS!
Hey all-
Just thought I would make my first post I'm Rex and a grad student at Kansas State U in Manhattan, KS. Originally from Cortez Colorado. I biked a lot as a kid with my dad, but got out of it for a long time up until last year. Still consider myself a newbie, and trying to learn as much as I can. At 6', 200 lbs I also tend to feel a little physically out-of -the loop at local road rides, but its still a good time!
My MTB is a 05 Yeti 575 with XTR components, and I'm currently riding my father's old 1984 ( I think ) Al. Schwinn 564 road bike with updated Shimano 105 group and Vuelta wheels. I just started building my winter project road bike, which I'm sure I will have plenty of questions about. Its a Czech-made FORT SLC frame, stella azzura carbon front fork and integrated Canes Creek HS. https://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...=STRK:MEWAX:IT
I'm hoping to go with the Ice-Grey 10 speed Shimano Ultegra group, and unsure of wheels / other accessories at this point. Hopefully it should be an educational experience. Well that's enough about me- if anyone is around Manhattan, Kansas or Cortez, CO and would like to ride (mountain or road) let me know! I look forward to getting to know you all-

Welcome ! Appears to be a fine frame.. All the individual forums should be of interest. Local ones pertaining to your text as well as the Clydesdale section where you'll be surrounded by 200+ pounders such as myself just to name two; no feeling out of the loop.
