Thanks for letting me link on this site. looks like tons of info l need.
Rode a bike as a kid every where l went. Stopped riding when l started driving. Started back at 30.
High Cholestiral and Blood preasure at 47. Try to keep my weight down. 6-4 210. Drive a truck 5 days a week. So l need the exercise. Ride with a friend l work with some and a trainer inside during the week. used to ride with a local bike goup. Done Assault on Mt. Michell 5 times. Didn't make it the last attempt.

Just enjoy riding. lts part of my life.

It takes some time to get back into cycling the way you used to, take it easy on yourself! :)

on the road bike mostly in the summer. have a 8 year old si cannondale. An in the winter when the fellow employer wants to ride. he says its to cold to ride the roads. lol l rode a couple hours sunday alone on my road bike Because my rear wheels busted on me mtb. American classic hub take 1 and a half turn to start working. l live in Spartanburg SC.
