Hello from the great white north!

My name is Andraya, from Edmonton, Alberta. I have to be honest, my only recent bike experience has been teaching my three year old to ride a trike lol. The other day I came across a very cool, old looking adult sized tricycle in the dumpster by my house and thought "why not?". I've wanted to buy a bike for many years but have never had enough extra cash to get a decent one so I held off. With my daughter old enough to ride a bit now and my recent choice to go car free this trike appears to be an ideal match for me and I am anxious to learn both how to restore it and how to make an honest go of riding as a transportation method!

I hope to be able to get to know you all soon and start learning from all you seasoned pros!

Welcome to Bike Forums, Andraya! You'll find lots of information on trikes in the Recumbent forum. You can also get some help with the restoration by posting in the Classic & Vintage forum.
