Howdy all,

I am a 49 year old former rider in Chattanooga, TN. In my youth, I was an active rider, including one ride from Montreal to Mobile and one from DC to Mobile. Let riding slip away over the years, but my son gave me back my old bike, which coupled with aging knees is getting me interested in riding again. Trying to figure out all the new tech, and get my old Campy SR tech back together on a road worthy bike. Thanks for answers to my questions as I try and remember how to be a bike mechanic.

Welcome to BikeForums and welcome back to cycling. I'm 65 and my main ride came from Chattanooga -- a 2001 Litespeed Tuscany.
Stop by the Southeast Regional subforum and say hello to the locals. And if you want to talk with members who wish they were still 49 stop by the 50+ forum. There are a few folks there who are still racing.
The LORD is merciful and gracious, slow to anger, and plenteous in mercy. - Psalm 103:8
