Back in the Saddle
Hi
I'm a Film Location Manager based in Poole Dorset, England. I got my first serious frame in 1959, a used Ernie Clements falcon for £15. I delivered newspapers and picked potatoes during out-time from school to make my bike Campy. Last year because of the recession, I retrieved a bike from the dump, stripped it and rebuilt it to get to my part-time job. Thanks to my recession diet and a minimum 100 miles a week over three months, I was back down to 140 pounds and loving the buzz. I'm now looking for a restoration project. So far, possibles include a 1979 Bianchi and a Rensch. Look forward to reading more and sharing
