Hi,

I have cycled on and off for a number of years - actually since my teens. Then in the 90's got into tri's, travelled and worked in Holland for 8 years - commuted everywhere on a bike. Of late got back into tri's and commuting between home and the office in London.

I now ride a carbon tri bike (Dalkiia - F1Zero) for the long distances between Crawley and London and Crawley (68miles round trip) twice a week Monday to Friday, other than that I use my Raleigh single speed and in the process of building a mountain bike for winter training and winter duathlons.
