hello
Hello. My name is Gus Rodriguez. I am a 62 year old retired software consultant and disabled Vietnam veteran. I love building things and found a new love when I built my first recumbent delta trike about 2 years ago. I am currently in the process of building my second trike, having learned quite a lot more than I ever expected to learn about bikes and trikes during my first build. I am not an expert by any stretch and look forward to seeing what more I can learn along the way and what friends I might make here. I have some disabilities that interfere with my riding enjoyment but even if I never got to ride again, I would still want to continue building trikes for my friends and relatives. I have several GREAT grand children and one that is almost old enough to start riding her first bicycle. I hope I get to build a trike for her too.

Hello and welcome to Bike Forums!
I'm sure you've already found the Recumbent forum here. That and Bike Mechanics sound like they could be of interest to you.

Yes, I've been reading some of the threads there. Thanks.
Before you criticize someone, you should walk a mile in their shoes.
That way, you're a mile away ... and you have their shoes.

Welcome Gus. Stop by the 50+ forum and say hello to the "old farts". I'm one of them. I'm 65.
