Greetings from Albuquerque

Bicycle is my main means of transportation, about 300 miles/month, more than I drive. I do all my shopping and gettting around by bicycle. I used to tour - cross-country a few times - but haven't made a long trip since 1989.

I bought an REI Novara Randonee in 1994 and have replaced everything but the crank and handlebar stem since - including the frame: someone bent it at UCLA in 1998.

I'm looking for technical advice.

Cheers and welcome to Bike Forums!

Check the Bicycle Mechanics forum and ask any specific technical questions there for assistance.

To err is human. To moo is bovine.

Who is this General Failure anyway, and why is he reading my drive?
