New 50+, Clydesdale. and Tall Rider

I've finally decided to get back into cycling after a 15 year lay-off.
Road seriously in the DC area (Potomac Pedalers). Now live in Norcross, GA (Atlanta area). Only recent cycling has been mountain biking (Giant Yukon 2XL) with my 10 year old son.
My road ride: 1988 Cannondale ST400 - 69CM (and yes, that's not a typo - I'm 6'7" and 220.)
Had upgraded everythng except brakes, front tire, and crankset, but that was in the early 90's. Anyway, I'll join a cycling club shortly and look forward to the fun of group rides. Fortunately, there is a popular circuit 100 yards from my house so I'll have no excuse not to ride.

Welcome to Bike Forums.
I rode in the Atlanta area last summer.
Post a pic of the big bike sometime.
