Hello from Montreal
Hi,
I found this forum searching for advices rebuilding an old bike. I like riding mountain and road bikes, but my primary usage of this wonderful two-wheeled invention is going to school faster than with public transportation (my commute is 4.3 km). I am from Montreal, Quebec.
I also like cross country skiing and canoe.

My mountain bike is a Miele, for my commute and road cycling I have an old Raleigh frame (it belonged to my father) with new wheels (Mavic Aksiums). Some day I plan to upgrade to a Cross Check frame or something similar.
