Hello and Hypothetical Question

I am a new roadie after years of on and off BMX and casual cycling. I am loving the sport and am considering getting serious about this stuff.

Now for the question:
If I were to get a coach and begin training 5 days a week how long would it take to be at the Tour de France level of riding? This is obviously a far fetched idea and I have no intention of ever racing in the TDF just a though experiment.
