Hi from Ireland

Hi from Ireland, I decided to clean my shed out today, and in the process i pulled out my old bikes that have been left idle for an eternity.
as these bikes have been neglected over the years i looked at them and thought, well i used to ride daily, they deserve being refurbished.
so i decided first i would find a bike forum, that may be of use in my search for parts, looks like i found it here.
the bikes are as follows/ raleigh ladies 3 speed /puch ladies 3 speed /raleigh shopper 3 speed ,with twist grip gear change / Triumph 10 speed racer /peugeot vogue ladies 5 speed racer mangalloy frame, made in france /and lastly raleigh record sprint ,reynolds 501.
the bikes are fairly rusty now apart from the last 1 .
now i have a question, could 1 of you decifer the tyre size on the Weinmann 414 wheel,it reads as etrto 622x14 700c.
in short what is the correct tyre size for this wheel ?
hopefully u haven't fallen asleep reading this ?

Any 700 X 23, 25, 28 should work.
