Hello from sweltering Atlanta

Hi everyone, been riding for about three years now. Have a Scott Speedster as my starter bike, not a bad bike, kind of heavy. That said, I wanted to join the forum because my next adventure is to build a new bike. New frame, new components, wheels, etc. I'm sure BikeForums will be a great help to me throughout this process. Once I get underway I'll be sure to post some updates on "crazy newbie tries to build his own bike!" Ahhhh!

Anyway, glad to be here, Hi!

Not as hot as it was a couple weeks ago, mid 90's, basically just hot enough to stay off the roads after 3:00PM.

You must be smarter than I am, because I've been commuting home at peak temps, 4pm. It hasn't killed me yet and I might actually be getting used to it.
