New In The Forums

HI all,

I'm staring for 1st time in this sport and I very delighted sport. Therefore, I need all the help i can get from experts. I don't know where even star and even if I will like as much I think it will. Where can I buy a inxepensive bicycle (used) ? And what kind should I get?

You have to decide what type of riiding you want to do. Off road/mountain biking, recreational trails, touring, road racing. Then look for advice in the relevant sub-forum. In North America the Craigslist site for your area is probably best, as you can look at the bike and ride it before you hand over any cash. Bike shops usually have used bikes although they may not be on display in their showroom. Tell us where you live. Good luck.

Thank you, I live in Glendale, CA I'm 5.2 and I don't know even what size should I get. I like those bicycles with skinny tires because they're not heavy. I just like to use it arround the city for now but I would like to ride long distances. I do ready appreciated your help.
