Hello, Need help Trying to decide between a 19 or 21 " bike frame

Looking to buy a Jamis Coda 2011, I'm 5' 11, inseam: (Bone to floor) 35". Here is the link to the frame geometry;

Hi. Welcome to the forums. If you are going to use it as a commuter or road/utility bike you need less standover and can get by with a slightly larger frame size . But if you are riding rougher trails or terrain the
clearance of the smaller frame would be better.
