Greetings from Buffalo
Hey everyone my name is Bernie or Bern for short. Im 17 years old and I live in Buffalo,NY. I ride a Lemond Road bike that my dad used to use before he got a Trek bike that Lance road on in 2003. I started riding this year during the summer with my dad. We ride 30 miles and have a 25-30 mph pace depending on the weather. I try to get on the trainer for about 30-40 minutes but havent lately cause of highschool and other things. Well nice to meet you all.
