New to forum
Hi! I am new to this forum and although I have riden bikes since I was 5, I never rode seriously until this year- my 53rd. When I started in March, my goal was to be able to ride the first day of the City to Shore ride for MS in New Jersey. My first extended ride over over 30 miles was in April and I managed about 12 mph. I've averaged about 100 miles each week since May and did manage to finish the full 150 miles of the MS150 ride. I've gotten my speed up to 15+ on flats and about 14+ on hills.
Next years goal is to ride a century and to increase speed by 1-2 mph.

Way to go! You can do it. At 50 we may not all be TDF material but we can still get around!

Welcome. I've never been to Delaware, but it sounds fairly flat. Lucky dog! Keep making those goals!
