Hello From West Texas

Hello everyone.

My name is Ron. I'm a 55 yr old male. I've been riding again since May of this year after a many year absence. I ballooned up to 240 lbs on a 5'9" frame and got serious about losing weight last February. I did a couple of rounds of P90X and when the weather got nice in May I got my old mountain bike and road bike out and started riding. I've since lost 65 lbs with another 15 to go. I just bought a Giant Defy Advanced 2 a couple of weeks ago as a reward to myself and I'm enjoying it greatly.

I've been lurcking a couple of weeks and have really enjoyed the forums.
