Hi Folks,
Some 30 years ago I used to ride some nice Italian racing bikes in California. I got out of it only to start again (in full force) after discovering the wonderful roads and triathlete communities of the Cape Ann region of Massachusetts. I've joined this forum to learn more about the technical aspects of cycling which have improved tremendously. My last recollections were of "sausage" bike helmets, stainless steel toe clips, Red Campy Nuovo Record derailleurs and hard Brooks leather seats!
Cheers I look forward to learning a lot,
Essex
