Just bought my first big kid bicycle
I'm in college and haven't been near a bicycle since I was about 10. Yesterday I bought a trek 3500 and have ridden several miles since then. I'm using the bike for trail riding, general exercise and transportation. I'm pretty pleased with my purchase except for the saddle. After riding for awhile yesterday I was very sore. I'm totally clueless about how to care for my bike so I can get the most fun out of it.

Your butt will break in after awhile. Learn how to fix a flat and keep proper air in the tires. At least get a multi-tool to tighten things as they get loose. Buy a book and learn the basics https://www.zinncycles.com/book_and_dvd.php
