I've been riding bicycles since I was a little kid and I never lost that passion until I was honorably discharged from the Navy. I was hurt during the Gulf War (first one) and thought I would never recover. Bad back injuries never seem to heal and recently, I thought I would never be able to ride again. That's when I discovered the "single speed" world. With a new found interest in building single speed bikes and riding again things are looking up. We were all there as kids and I think we forgot how fun it is to just get on a bike and ride. Nothing fancy, nothing complicated, just ride.

Welcome Shooter and thanks for your service.
Glad you're able to ride again. Nice looking bike.
The Lord is merciful and gracious, slow to anger and abounding in steadfast love. - Psalm 103:8

I am a cyclist. I am not the fastest or the fittest. But I will get to where I'm going with a smile on my face.
