Hello from a newbie in Wilmington, NC
Just bought a new Diamondback comfort bike and it will be here next week sometime. Have not been biking for over 40 years but wanted a life sport that will help me loose some weight and build some muscle tone back into these 63 year old legs. Hope to get lots of info from the forum.
