Hello everyone! I'm somewhat new to this kind of biking. I'm in my mid fifties and decided I need to find a source of exercise that isn't so boring. So, here I am with lots of questions that I'm sure you guys can answer.

Welcome! I agree, I love cycling as you move a bit faster than more exercise.
