New on the forum from Grantham, NH!

Hi All...

After many years of being absent from road biking and focusing entirely on running and swimming, I've decided to jump back into biking. Actually, I've sustained so many running-related injuries I really need to back off from that sport. I used to love road biking but for a long time have not felt I had enough time in the week to keep up any respectable training base. I think I've worked all that out. I'll post my goals and, I'm sure, many questions in the appropriate forum.

Welcome! Due to knee injuries I'm not longer running either. Dr recommended sticking with cycling which I was happy to hear.

Welcome to the forums - I look forward to reading your posts

Yeah running really takes a lot out of your knees - not sure if you were doing long distance or not but I just read a report yesterday where doctors are finding that marathons are like really really really bad for your heart health.

I see you are base in NH - I am thinking of moving to the North East in a year or two thinking Maine/NH or VT, any recommendations?
