Restarting at 67.
Hi all,
Especially those of us that are experienced in life and biking but have been taking it easy for a bit.
I need to catch up with modern bike tech stuff and this site seemed to be just the place.
I live in Norfolk UK so not too much hill climbing and have increased my mileage for health, weight loss and fun. I aim to get fit enough for a Sportive next year.
I am looking forward to reading all the forums and posts, especially the Senior Forum.
