Hey hey from Kirkland WA
Hey everybody, just checking in from Kirkland WA.
I've had a mountain bike for over ten years but it's mostly been collecting dust lately. A year ago I took the plunge with a new road bike and now I'm hooked. My main motivation last year was to do the STP in one day and I managed to do it (and feel good doing so!
) after lots of weekend training rides in the months ahead of time.
Now I've also gotten a second road bike to use as a winter trainer and occasional commuter (20 miles each way).
I've found a lot of good advice on these forums and hope that I can contribute in some small way.
