Suburb-to-NYC Bike Commuter
Howdy. I'm a new BF member. I commute 2-4 22-mile legs per week from Irvington NY into mid-town Manhattan. I've been commuting into NYC for about 8 years, and I meet the nicest people on bikes, unless I don't.
I ride an older steel frame Guru road bike when there's daylight to get home by 8; the rest of the year I ride a Dahon Speed Pro TT to work in the morning, then fold it up and take it home on the Metro North.
This year for the first time I plan to ride the Montauk century. See you on the Northeast forum.
