Hello from Phoenix!

Hi Everybody!
I am very happy to be here. last time i rode a bike was as a kid. I did a post in the clydesdale section about myself. I am 46 years old,6 foot, obese, 261 pounds. I am starting my new life changing/new me program on March 1st. I need and want to exercise and lose weight to be a better me, to be the temple God wants me to be.

I lost my job 6 weeks ago, i have gained 10 pounds already! I need all your advice and support to help me lose this ugly fat and to be a better me. So far the bikes i have been researching on, i like the Trak 7100, will that be a good choice for me? Money is an issue. I just applied for unemployment for the first time in my life. With all this free time, i wish to better myself. Thanks everybody! Nice to meet you all!
George

best of luck george! When I lived out there, I had a great time walking/running some of the local mountains/hiking trails. Look towards that as an alternate way to train!!
