Its good to be back!

I recently found this forum. Lots of good info here. I was a heavy road rider years ago. Still occasionally ride my mountain bike. I was waiting for my life to slow down to start riding seriously again. That ain't gonna happen and I just missed my therapy in the saddle so here I am.
