Hello from Clarence, New York
My usual ride is on the bike paths in Western New York. I have an old Bike Nashbar chrome molly frame, the first year they came out with index shifting (17 years ago). I promised myself that I would buy a Trek 5500 when I lost 20 pounds, after I lost the weight Trek discontinued the model . I have a mid size manufacturing firm that I leave early from to take afternoon rides (it’s always better when you know you should be working) and am also flight instructor. Anyone wants to hook up for rides 20 to 30 miles 18 to 22 mph avg., send me an email

Welcome! I'm also from WNY. I haven't been a member of this forum for long, but I've been cycling seriously now for about 3 years. We should get together for a ride. I will be moving to Cheektowaga this week so I'm not too far (I live in Depew right now). I'll shoot you an email and maybe we can get together while the weather is still dry.
