road race handle bar extentions

I am trying to locate short tri bar for road bikes. The sort that you saw Tour de France riders using untill they were banned a couple of years ago. Mountian bike Bar end would be perfect but for the fact that the diameter is incorrect and I cannot get them to pass them round the bends. any body know what these lttle bar extentions were called and can you still get'em.

Yes bkbrouwer, similer but without the link adjustment bit.
