Hello everyone:

58 years old and need more exercise. It's been years since I've cycled seriously, but I did thousands of miles in my teens and 20's. Bought myself a bike this week and on my very first ride all those wonderful feeling of being on a bike came flooding back.
I'll force myself to start off slow and build up some endurance. Can't wait to see what sort of rides I'll feel comfortable taking on by the end of this coming summer.
I wish I had found this site earlyer.
