Swiss Tandem, from Geneva

Salut & Hello everyone,

I am looking forward to this site, I often find resources invaluable on car forums and never really thought about this style of site.

As a newbie, planning to read up and use the search function.

In the meantime, here is what my Tandem bike looks like:

Best wishes from Geneva

Cheers and welcome to Bike Forums.

Is that an Axa-Basta headlight? Do you run it off batteries (cannot see dynohub or bottle dynamo in pics)?

Hello,

It runs of a dyno. Take a relook at the rear tyre where the mudguard is by the pedals. That is where the dyno is based. It is actually quite an impressive bike. It goes very fast with two men. With my partner, well she needs some more training and hates speeds. So I often have to be on the coasting brakes for her.

Its like a bottle dyno but designed differently.
