Just signed up. Long-time mountain biker, and regular contributor to the old Usenet alt.mountain-bike group before He Who Shall Not Be Named rendered it utterly uninhabitable. Never have found as pleasant a home since.

My new passion these days is loaded off-road touring. Got a few good trips in the past couple of years, and am anxious to do more.
