Stealt Camper! I are here.
Goodday all.
I am an avid outdoors person, and it all started out on Mountainbike years ago as a youngster. Currently I don't own a Mountainbike, but looking into getting me one soon.
I am also an hiker, biker and hunter in my spare time. I am a carpenter by trade. All these outdoors activities tend to mix with my work or vica versa.
I have recently developed a biking/Hiking tent which has no poles to keep it upright and it's currently in testing stages. I build the first prototype 17 years ago for my Mountainbike as a kid. But I used the wrong canvas, and it ended up being way too bulky and heavy to ever be used as tent.
I only recently gave it a second look, and I am proud to announce that the Stealth Camper Tent will soon be available for purchase. The simplicity will astound you. It weighs in at 1kg exactly and folds super super small. Stealth Camper TEnts will revolutionize the way you travel. Guaranteed.
I would like to know what is the process of advertising my product on your site, please MODS?
Cheers
Stealt Camper. The way it should be done.

Cheers StealthCamper, welcome to Bike Forums.
Thanks for asking about the advertising policy. There are a couple of ways available for you:
- you can place For Sale ad in our Marketplace. To do that, you will first have to upgrade your membership.
- as per our User Guidelines you can place a link in your signature (for an example of signature, see mine at the end of this post, beginning with "To err is human..."). You can link to a commercial web site too, provided that you specifically own that web site. That way, whenever you post something in the Forums, everyone who reads your post will see the link. Your posts will have to be on topic though, you cannot post just to get more visibility for your link.
Posting ads elsewhere in the Forums (besides the designated Market Place areas) is not allowed.
Hope this helps,

I have contacted your advertising dept and I am waiting on them to come back to me regarding the cost of advertising on your forum. I belong to a Off Road Motorcycle Forum in SA, and the rules here are the same.
In the meantime, I am improving and developing my product. It has taken the biking community by storm and I sold out my stock on the first day of going online.
I would appreciate it if you could assist me with getting the ads dept to get back to me asap.
Cheers
Stealth Camper.

In order to post pictures you first have to have them hosted on another site, such as Photobucket. It doesn't cost you anything to do it.

Once you have uploaded the pic, you can post the url here using the IMG link they provide.
Also, FYI...the advertising dept probably has not been able to get to you because of the long Memorial Day weekend. Please give it a little more time.

tx. I am currently testing it in the field (Read Angola, Mozambique and South Africa) It sold out the first 30 tents on the first day of going online.
It also works for hikers and mountainbikers alike. Sets up in under a minute. and weighs in at 1kg, without the bungy cords (4off).
I will advertise it as for sale on this forum soon.

Hi stealthcamper,
I did refer you to our ad department and will also be directly talking to the home office in Thursday (Tomorrow), and will follow up for you.
