Hello from Northeastern NJ!

Hello all!

I'm a recreational rider, looking to add bicycle commuting to my day. I ride a 2006 Raleigh Cadent. Other than that, I like reading, cooking, baking and weight lifting. I want to be a sturdy *****, hehe.

I hope that trading four wheels for two helps combat the 8 hours I spend on a phone queue as a customer service representative. I look forward to chatting with you all!

M.

Welcome to the forums! I am sure the ride to and from work will be much more pleasant on two wheels vs four.

The commute is about 10 miles, one way. I have yet to do it, since the commute will be to a new job that I start in July. I am going to do a test-drive this weekend.
