SweetRower
Hello all
I love bikes and Sculling.
I have owned probably one of the original Rowbikes, (13 yrs ago) called the 120 mag. I currently have 2 king models, 1 20 in model that was a multi speed but converted to a single, and my wife has a sport model that also due 2 the inherent weakness using a derailleur i converted 2 a single also. I have a decked out King w a NuVinchi rear drivetrain, hilltopper e motor in front (beat the hills on highway 1) and have been a Rower for 15 years, 8 years masters sweep rowing competively, 7 years sculling, last 4 years bought my own scull, recreational rower now.
Involved here w the "bike church" 4 the homeless bike repair.
Visit my utube blogs, type in sweetrower, some r better than others , but usually good info. great 2 c a site for Rowbikes!!!!just dont call me gramps!
+++++
Addition -i see myself as a Rower 1st and got interested n the Rowbike during a more competitive minded time, and wanted to stay n shape when it was 2 windy or rainy 2 go on the water and 2 stay away from the "hateful" erg, so i saw a tv commercial about the Rowbike years ago & got hooked!!!

I won't call you gramps -- young man. I'm 66 and there are several others on here older than me. Stop by the 50+ forum and say hello.

I'm looking at getting a 726 King Rowbike - the shock cord is broken. I'll try again to find your you tube videos. Could you walk me through replacing it?
