This is a great site with very good information. I was a pretty good cyclist back in the late 80's (used to race CAT 2) but that was a long time and about 70 lbs ago. Got back into the swing of things early in 2004...bought a new bike (Specialized Allez Pro 27 w/full Dura-Ace...I'm a bit of a gear horse).
Did my first triathlon in 18 years this July and got completely hooked. Unfortunately, during my 2nd tri in September I was taken out by another rider (with .5 miles left in the bike leg) and sustained a broken clavicle and scapula (and lots of road rash)...ouch.
I probably have another 2 weeks or so until I am back in the saddle...I'm not sure which one since I've purchased two of them since the accident
Looking forward to getting back out there.
