north island nz calling
Hey to all - I'm a roadie, tourer, commuter and sometime mtb-er. The big one around Lake Taupo this weekend (160km) should be fun. Some joker reckons US Postal/Discovery are riding but I'll believe that when I see LA, Eki or George ;-)

You should check out "the kiwi thread" in 'Road Cycling' as a few of those guys are doing the Lake Taupo thing.

Hey Van, we'll be touring your neck of the woods on our tandem for my wife's birthday if all goes well. Beautiful country! I had brekkie by the lake at that corner place, and wanted to move there, but Oz won out. Cheers.
