Bike Forums - Hi from Tennessee

Well some of you know me already I'm sure but a little history about me might be nice. I live in Elizabeththon Tennessee as many of you know, a quiet little town in the hills. my cycle life began when I was 13 on a Schwinn LeTour (oh those were the days). I rode to work and home every day in rain and shine. My bike was my life, my everything for me. Freedom, independence and unforgiving reality of what can happen when you don't respect your vehicle (chuckles)

I stopped riding for a number of years because of marriage and kids and other life stuff, felt I was too old and bikes were for kids. But then again in 2000 I acquired a Trek and refound my love of cycling. I currently ride a diamondback that is comfortable and well suited for me - in the process of dropping weight and loving my bike.
